1. Shipping Overview
All orders from Harp Design, Inc. are shipped within the United States only. We use Pirate Ship to purchase and print USPS or UPS shipping labels, ensuring reliable and affordable delivery for all handmade crochet items.
Digital crochet patterns are delivered instantly by email and are not physical items — no shipping applies to digital purchases.
2. Processing Time
Each order is packed with care.

Ready-to-ship items: Usually ship within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Made-to-order items: Please allow 6–8 weeks for creation and will be listed in the product description.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number from Pirate Ship.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS or UPS through Pirate Ship. Delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or holidays.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination. We do not charge additional handling fees.
5. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through USPS.com, UPS.com, or the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage. If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

7. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake before your order ships, contact us immediately at www.harpdesign-crochet.com with your order number.
8. Local Delivery or Pickup
We currently do not offer local delivery or pickup. All orders are shipped within the U.S. via our standard carriers through Pirate Ship.
9. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our store ships within the United States only.
